Exterior finishes include brick veneer, pre-cast concrete trim, cementitous siding and EPDM roof. Interior work includes all apartment build outs and commensurate mechanical, electrical, plumbing and conveyance systems.

Renovation to the 3636 sq. ft. ground floor gallery and mezzanine level includes asbestos remediation, selective demolition, structural steel, ornamental railings, drywall construction, acoustical panels, window restoration, mechanical shade systems, ADA restroom, new roofing, electrical, fire safety and mechanical systems., Exterior rehabilitation includes power-washing and repointing of brick, granite and limestone. Painting/glazing of windows throughout the entire building and removal of unused electrical devices, lighting fixtures and conduit.

The scope of work includes ACM abatement, selective demolition, shoring, masonry restoration, structural and miscellaneous steel, structural steel stud, pre-cast concrete plank and EPDM roof. Interior construction includes metal stud partitions, slab cutting, installation of new conveyance system, elevators, window replacement, bathroom facilities.
