Our firm has constructed over 25 new bank branches for TD Bank north throughout New York and Connecticut. Our repeat business with TD Bank is testament to our commitment to client satisfaction and quality.
Since many of these sites were formerly used as gas stations, most of these projects involved some degree of soil remediation. All projects included new utilities, stormwater retention systems, site lighting, retaining walls, concrete curbs and walks, paving, and abundant landscaping.
The buildings although similar, were not prefabricated in any way and were all slightly different in dimension or design. Scope of work included CIP foundations, vaults, CMU and brick masonry, structural steel frame with metal bar joists and deck, storefront glazing, EFIS, cast stone, EPDM roofing and metal panels. All branches included full MEP systems, security, banking specialties, an extensive millwork package and high grade interior finishes.
All TDBank projects were constructed on an accelerated schedule, including the Mount Kisco N.Y. branch that was constructed start to occupancy in 52 days, including demolition of an existing building on the site.
