Gut rehabilitation / additions to a two hundred unit SRO housing facility consisting of two buildings, one constructed in the 1970’s and the other circa 1905. This project was phased to accommodate the tenants and allow the Owner to continue to operate the facility without interruption. Phase one of this project was delivered one month early, and phase two is scheduled for early delivery as well.
cope of work included extensive ACM abatement, complete MEP systems including a central chiller unit and 2 pipe fan coil units, new exterior finish system, new windows and exterior doors throughout, historical restoration of existing windows, waterproofing, structural steel, excavation and storm drainage, concrete, structural steel stud framing, brick and CMU masonry, brick restoration, passenger elevators (2), all interior finishes, architectural millwork, paving and site lighting.
